We are traveling with our two children (ages 11 and 15) to Paris April 7th. Since the kids will get in most museums for free, can they by-pass the lines with us and enter the museums too if only my husband and I have museum passes? We are only in Paris for two days and do not want to use our time waiting in lines. How long does it take in the train stations to get the passes?

If the museum offers free admission to children then your kids can accompany you and by-pass ticket lines. Purchasing Carte Musee et Monuments passes at Metro station ticket kiosks or at some of the smaller participating museums will take somewhere between 30-90 seconds from the time you ask%26quot;..Deux Carte Musee et Monument pour (un--deux, trois, cinq) jour, sil vous plait?..%26quot;..OR %26quot;..Two Museum passes for ___days, please?..%26quot; and pass your Euros across (slightly longer--60-120 seconds?--if you use a major credit card. How much longer it takes than that will depend on how many people are in line ahead of you. It%26#39;s pretty much THAT easy.
