Hotel Familia absolutely the worse

I just got back from Paris, I was planning to stay at Hotel Familia in the Latin Quarter, the staff were unfriendly and immediately turned us down with any hesitation, extremely rude, St. Germain is where we stayed its incredible affordable prices and extremely kind and well educated staff. St. Germain can be beat!!

I%26#39;ve never been to that hotel - but I was thinking of staying there next time I was in town. It%26#39;s gotten such nice reviews in most places. Did you have a reservation when they turned you away?

Zerika when you write that the Familia immediatly turned you down, did you had made reservations before and they were not honored?

We stayed at The FAMILIA HOTEL several years ago and have since recommended it to friends and acquaintances who have also stayed there over the intervening years (most recently last fall)...and they have passed on the recommendation to others. Without exception, NONE of those who have stayed at the Familia have reported anything other that either correct or friendly treatment by the management and staff of this great little Latin Quarter 2-star. What was the reason (there%26#39;s usually a reason) for refusing your reservation request? Was the hotel fully booked? Were all of their triple rooms booked? (there were 3 in your party?)

I%26#39;m sorry you had such a bad experience. I can only say that I stayed there last spring and had a great experience and I am staying there again in about a week.

Just topping this thread. Since I have been sending hurds of my students to this hotel, I am curious to known more about Zerika bad experience. Everyone came back really satisfied, and I can not imagine that Monsieur Gaucheron would employed impolite personel.
