Louvre Reservations

We are going to be in Paris in August and have been advised to make reservations prior to visiting the Louvre. Can anyone tell me how to go about doing this?

You don%26#39;t need %26#39;reservations%26#39; - there isn%26#39;t a limited number of visitors. But you might want to buy tickets ahead of time, or at another location other than the ticket window at the Louvre (long lines)...

%26quot;..To jump the queue in front of the pyramid or at the ticket offices, all you need to do is to buy your ticket in advance.

You can either choose to receive it by mail, or collect it from one of the shops belonging to the chain where you ordered it.

Tickets sold in advance are not available at the Louvre.
